PDFNest provides free, browser-based tools for converting, merging, splitting, compressing, and otherwise manipulating PDF and Word documents. All processing occurs locally in your browser; we do not receive or store the files you process.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must only process files that you own or have the legal right to modify.
• You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process and for verifying the output before relying on it.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including circumventing copyright protection or removing password protection from files you do not have permission to access.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we aim for accurate conversions, we cannot guarantee perfect formatting fidelity for every document, and you should always review output files before relying on them for important purposes.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFNest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or formatting errors in converted files.

6. Advertising and monetization

The Service is supported by light, non-intrusive advertising and may in the future offer an optional paid tier for advanced features. Core tools remain free.

7. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where PDFNest is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
